Return & Exchange Policy

Your purchase is only eligible for return or exchange in following case:

  • Incorrect product shipped i.e. if the item doesn’t match with the original order place mentioned in the order confirmation email.
  • If any product received has a quality/ manufacturing defect.

Pls note that as our products are handmade by artisans so products have a slight variation so this will not be considered as a defect.

  • We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will replace the same product immediately and there are no additional shipping charges that you would need to pay.
  • We would require the returned items to have their original packing
  • Sale item cannot be returned that is final purchase.
  • If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please email us at orders@kaniryhomedecor.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following information: 
    – Order number 
    – Delivery address 
    – Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item 

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we’re happy to exchange your product for a replacement within 7 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse, following an inspection & quality check

Please Note

  • All exchange courier charges to our warehouse are borne by the customer. On delivering your replacement, we will cover shipping charges
  • Product should be returned with its original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manual, shipping label, invoice etc.
  • Product should be unused and in original condition
  • Replacement will be processed with in 7days of receiving the product in our warehouse & once it has been approved by our quality check department.

What if the packaging of the product is damaged upon delivery?

If upon delivery ,you discover that product packaging is damaged, please do not accept the package you can notify our customer service immediately. We will offer you replacement of same depending on product availability.
